Do I need internet access to use iShoes and iBags?

Why isn't my favorite brand listed on iShoes/iBags?

I like using iShoes/iBags to find products I want to buy, but I don't find the retailer websites to be user friendly on my iPhone. Are there other easy ways to purchase the products I find in the apps?

I saved a shoe/bag to my favorites list, but when I visit the retailer, it's not available. What happened?
